As an IT Business Analyst / Business Services Consultant - Finance , you will play a key role in ensuring that our global financial and project-related processes are supported by efficient, user-friendly, and stable solutions (ERP and interfaces to 3rd party financial tools for consolidation, e Invoice, etc.), with a strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, business alignment, and driving efficiency gains by reducing manual effort through automation. Your responsibilities: Analyze and structure incoming business questions, incidents, and change requests, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and sustainable resolution in a integral ERP environment.



Investigate issues by reviewing data, processes, and system behavior, and provide solutions, explanations, or workarounds.
