wAn innovative medical technology company is seeking a Software Engineer to support the development and continuous improvement of regulated medical device software and associated digital infrastructure

Reporting directly to the CTO, this individual will contribute across the full software lifecycle, working closely with hardware, data, regulatory and quality teams to deliver reliable, secure and compliant medical application s.

oleThe Software Engineer will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining system functionality and developing high-quality, testable software. The role will also support software architecture, cloud infrastructure, verification, cybersecurity testing and the preparation of technical documentation required within a regulated medical device environme tiesDevelop, test and maintain medical device software across the full development lifecy

Contribute to software architecture and communication between user interfaces, backend systems and algorithmic modu

Develop well-designed and efficient software using technologies including C#, .NET, C++, MATLAB and WPF/X

Support the integration of signal-processing, algorithmic and MATLAB-derived modu

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS or similar platfo

Conduct unit, integration, regression and software verification test

Support automated testing, static code analysis, code coverage and CI/CD proces

Prepare test protocols, datasets,

Maintain traceability between requirements, risks, design, code, tests, defects and software relea

Investigate and resolve software defects and verification deviati

Strong programming knowledge across C#, .NET, C++, MATLAB or comparable technolo

Practical knowledge of Git-based version control and software release proce

Experience building cloud infrastructure using AWS or a similar plat

Understanding of software verification, validation and traceabi

Knowledge of regulated software standards such as IEC 62304, EU MDR, MDCG guidance and FDA requirem

Understanding of cybersecurity and data-protection frameworks, including GDPR, NIS2 and H

Embedded software experience would be advantag
