We design, manufacture, and integrate turnkey ASRS systems based on our proprietary HUBMASTER multi-aisle stacker crane technology. As part of our international growth strategy, we are looking to incorporate a Sales Assistant to support our commercial activities across international markets. This position will work directly alongside our Sales Engineering and Business Development teams, supporting the development of opportunities and the execution of advanced warehouse automation projects. The role combines commercial coordination, customer interaction, proposal preparation, market follow-up, and internal project support. The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between customers and HUBMASTER's internal teams,



ensuring smooth execution of commercial processes and contributing to the successful conversion of opportunities into projects. Main Responsibilities Commercial Support & Opportunity Management Support Sales Engineers throughout the full commercial cycle, from lead qualification through proposal issuance and contract award. Prepare commercial documentation, presentations, proposals, quotations, and customer communications. Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely internal follow-up. Maintain CRM systems and ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy. Track ongoing opportunities and support negotiation preparation activities. Conduct market and account research to identify new business opportunities. Support outbound commercial initiatives and customer relationship development.
