As an SEA Campaign Manager , you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. Your focus is on maximizing ROI, scaling campaigns, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven decision-making. Your area of responsibility: Plan, create, and manage global SEA campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Microsoft Ads , and other relevant channels. Plan, create, and manage specific Social Media campaigns for Linked, Meta etc. Take full ownership of campaign performance including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and optimization.



Continuously analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. Create assets (text, picture, video) for campaigns in all necessary formats together with creative colleagues. Design and execute A/B tests (ads, audiences, landing pages in collaboration with stakeholders). Set up and maintain tracking, tagging, and conversion measurement (e.g. Google Tag Manager, GA4). Manage keyword strategies, audience targeting, and segmentation to drive scalable performance. Set up and manage Hub Spot campaigns and tracking, including UTM parameters, and conversion events. Collaborate with internal teams (website, e-commerce, content, analytics, SEO, marketing automation etc.) to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
