The Mission & Core Scop e The Mission: Monitor, track, and rapidly resolve all delivery exceptions, customer claims, and carrier transport issues via the corporate work order system, minimizing delivery cycle times and safeguarding the customer experience . The Scope: You will take full operational ownership of the ticketing and work order queue for Madrid delivery operations, serving as the critical administrative bridge between outbound warehouse teams, 1 PL/3 PL carriers, and central Customer Service .
