Job: Account Project Coordinator Location: Barcelona. The offices are in the center of Barcelona and well connected by public transport Reporting to: Sr. Account Project Coordinator Working day: Full time – Working from home maximum 1 days/week Schedule: 9.00/9.30 a.m. to 5.30/6.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday. Friday Flexible timetable Staff: You will not be in charge of a team. Business Travel: Approximately 5-7 business journeys per year, of short duration Conditions: Very competitive salary (between €30,000 and €35,000 gross/year). Permanent employment contract Job Requirements: Fluent in Spanish and English (candidates without this level of language skills should not apply). French is a plus. University studies or equivalent level obtained by work experience.
Minimum of 2 years proven successful record of similar role within the area of project management, internal sales, operations. Preference will be given to candidates with professional experience in the packaging sector, or in multi-site organizations of similar size. Experience in a multinational industrial environment a plus. Excellent Office skills. Used to working with ERP and or CRM. Adapt to working in Barcelona with one day of teleworking and a timetable from 9.00/9.30 to 17.30/18.00h. Skills: Customer oriented mind. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships with customers as well as internal organization.
