ROLE DESCRIPTION Tailored Spain is seeking a creative, commercially minded Luxury Travel Designer to join our Production team in Aravaca, Madrid. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model: three days per week at our office in Aravaca and two days working from home.
The role focuses on designing and managing bespoke, high-end travel experiences throughout Spain and Portugal for international luxury travel advisors and their clients. The Luxury Travel Designer will manage each request from initial enquiry through confirmation and travel, creating imaginative, highly personalized itineraries that reflect the client's interests, expectations and budget. The role combines destination expertise, creativity, operational precision and a strong commercial mindset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design creative, tailor-made itineraries across Spain and Portugal, including accommodation, private transportation, guides, activities, dining and exclusive experiences. Prepare detailed and compelling proposals adapted to each client's profile, preferences and budget.
