Role Descriptions: We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Consultant to manage and deliver Germany Employer of Record (EOR) and General Payroll Outsourcing (GPO) services. This role is highly client-facing and requires strong operational expertise, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring compliant, timely,



and high-quality payroll and employment services while maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery & Operations • Manage end-to-end EOR and GPO service delivery, including payroll, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle administration in EU. • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with labour law, tax, and social security regulations in EU. • Coordinate with internal payroll, HR, finance, and external vendors (e.g. tax advisors, authorities). • Proactively identify and resolve payroll, compliance, and operational issues before they escalate.
