Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support and drive recruitment activities across the EMEA region. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—while also supporting broader HR initiatives such as employee benefits and administrative processes. This position is adecuado for an individual looking to gain experience in human resources and recruitment, offering a hands-on opportunity to support day-to-day HR activities in a software multinational company. Key responsibilities:



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end international recruitment processes (from job opening to onboarding) Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms Source candidates through job boards, website, Linked In, and direct outreach Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process Manage offer process, including preparation and negotiation support Create and maintain recruitment and pipeline reports Onboarding & Candidate Experience Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience Coordinate documentation, contracts, and pre-employment requirements Act as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey Conduct Onboarding meetings for new employees joining
