We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful VReal Estate & Venue Development Manager to lead the identification, negotiation, and management of these premier exhibition spaces .Job Summar y: The Real Estate & Venue Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing and securing the best venues in Europe for our exhibitions and events. This role requires extensive market research, negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of logistics, budgeting, and event planning.



The adecuado candidate will have strong industry connections and the ability to assess venue suitability based on event requirement s.Key Responsibiliti es: Research and identify, on your own and through Real Estate agencies, potential venues for our exhibitions and experiences based on event size, target audience, and logistical nee ds. Conduct site visits and evaluate venues based on accessibility, infrastructure requirements, capacity, and compliance with company and regulatory standar ds. Negotiate contracts and agreements with venue owners and suppliers to secure the best ter ms. Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to ensure venue suitabili ty. Build and maintain strong relationships with venue representatives and industry / contac ts. Stay updated on emerging venue trends, competitor activities, and new venue openin gs.
