Spanish company in the dermocosmetics / aesthetic medicine sector We are partnering with a Spanish company in the dermocosmetics and aesthetic medicine space to appoint an International Business Director who will play a key role in the next stage of the company's international growth. Reporting directly to senior leadership and serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this executive will be responsible for shaping and delivering the international business agenda, accelerating growth across priority markets and strengthening the distributor network to support profitable, sustainable expansion in line with the brand's positioning in the professional medical aesthetics channel. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company's international growth strategy across priority markets. Drive the development of key geographies, with a focus on Europe, Latin America and Asia. Assess, structure and enhance the international distributor network, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial priorities and brand positioning.



Define the go-to-market approach by market and lead the negotiation of key commercial agreements. Deliver sales, margin and business development objectives across the international business. Lead, develop and support the international team, bringing direction, focus and executional discipline. Monitor business performance, profitability, KPIs and market evolution to support strategic decision-making. Represent the company at international congresses, industry events and professional forums relevant to the sector. Candidate Profile Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or a related discipline. Solid international business development experience within dermocosmetics, aesthetic medicine, professional skincare or adjacent sectors.
