As our first Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial services across Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, and others coming soon). this opportunity is for you What You'll Be Doing: As the Head of Sales at Permisso, you won't just be a reporting manager pushing dashboards from an ivory tower. You will be running our sales team as a business unit. You will start with a focused scope (directly managing our New Business team) and gradually expand your footprint across our entire GTM lifecycle. Your role will encompass: Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, inspire, and elevate a talented team of Account Executives and SDRs. You will establish weekly and monthly operational rituals, conducting meaningful 1-on-1s focused on motivation, career growth, and tactical problem-solving.
