Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager – Mechanical to lead and deliver mechanical engineering packages for mission-critical infrastructure projects. The adecuado candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, chilled water systems, precision cooling equipment, and mechanical controls, along with proven experience managing complex projects from design through commissioning. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage the mechanical scope of work, including HVAC, chilled water systems, piping,



ventilation, and building management system (BMS) interfaces. Manage internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications. Review mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards. Monitor contractor performance, conduct site inspections, and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Ensure quality control, health and safety compliance, and adherence to applicable engineering standards and best practices. Manage project budgets, procurement activities, cost tracking, and change management processes. Coordinate with electrical, civil, and controls teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
