We are looking for a Clinical Scientist to join our growing clinical development team. The candidate will play a central role in shaping clinical development plans, designing clinical protocols, analysing and interpreting study outcomes, and contributing to the communication and dissemination of clinical evidence. As a Clinical Scientist, you will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholder s (Clinical Operations, R&D;, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigila nce) and external partners to ensure successful clinical trial execution and scientific excellence throughout the development proce ss.



This is position based in Madrid, with a predominantly office-based working model. Key Responsibilities Development of clinical development plans aligned with overall product development strategy. Design and develop clinical trial protocols, ensuring scientific rigor, feasibility, and alignment with regulatory requirements. Provide scientific leadership in the planning and design of clinical studies across different development phases. Review, analyze, and interpret clinical study data, ensuring robust scientific evaluation of efficacy and safety outcomes. Critically assess clinical study reports, integrated summaries, and data outputs to support development decisions. Contribute to the preparation of scientific documentation required for regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.
