About the Role We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F& B strategy and operations, ensuring operational excellence, business profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across all outlets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel, including restaurants, bars, events, catering,



and banqueting. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and business planning. Drive commercial initiatives and upselling strategies to enhance operational performance. Ensure compliance with brand standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations. Lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary F& B teams. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to implement innovative and differentiated concepts. Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to ensure efficient operations and achieve business objectives. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
