Main Task 1 Oversees the financial strategy of the company or projects in Spain. Helping general manager and directive teams to make financial decisions regarding investment, funding, and financial planning. 2 Manage the financial records and transactions of the project. Taking responsible of accounting and financial reporting and often assist in financial planning and monthly analysis. 3 Communicating with external financial agencies, tax agencies and other institutes. Preparing and analyzing financial reports to give recommendations to the executive team. 4 Identify, analyze, and proactively mitigate financial risks associated with the project. 5 Specialize in estimating material and labor costs. Good at analyzing financial data and provide detailed estimates for materials, labor, and other resources. Requirements Bachelor's degree or master degree of Economics, ADE or banking. Minimum 10 years of working experience of in-house finance practice, familiar with the construction, manufacturing, and import/export industries Fluent in Chinese and Spanish, English, as a working language. Excellent communication skills, meticulous, reliable, and capable of risk management; Building a team from scratch is highly valued.
