Operations & Growth Assistant (Part-time, Freelance) We are Act Attack, an international acting and improv school running workshops across multiple cities in Europe. We're looking for someone who's already skilled, organized, and ready to hit the ground running, with minimal training needed. This role mixes operational backbone (schedules, studios, teachers, CRM, admin) with outward-facing growth tasks (community outreach, collabs, social groups). A great fit for someone who likes structure but also enjoys reaching out to people and building visibility in their city. What you'll be responsible for: Operations & Admin Creating and managing class schedules across cities Coordinating with studios (availability, bookings, confirmations) Assigning and communicating with teachers Updating and maintaining our website (Word Press) Managing and organizing data in Airtable and Brevo CRM Maintaining spreadsheets (registrations, schedules, contact lists) Daily B2 C & B2 B communication via email and Whats App Business (optional)



Growth & Community Reaching out to potential collaborators (coworking spaces, studios, local partners) Posting and engaging in expat Facebook and Whats App groups to promote our classes Keeping our Meetup & other partner pages updated with current courses Helping build and maintain lists of local groups and communities across our cities What we're looking for: Solid hands-on experience with Word Press (editing pages, basic troubleshooting) and Airtable, required, not something we'll teach from scratch Familiarity with CRMs like Brevo Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written communication, clear and friendly Genuine motivation and passion for theater, acting, or community building Already registered as freelancer What we offer: 10 eur per hour net + free access to Act Attack acting and improv classes 10-15 hours per week (depending on the tasks we agree upon), with room for more hour
