Rol and Project You will play a key role in strengthening the Campaign Excelence team. You will provide guidance, establish and ensure best practices, generate insights, drive optimization, foster innovation, and share knowledge within the global Customer Experience & Personalization community. You will focus on developing, building, and maintaining relationships with teams and internal clients, including digital marketing specialists across general markets. Key responsibilities: centralized repository, campaign use cases, and internal communities. Your profile: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially in digital campaign design and strategy,
and preferably also in operational execution. Strong experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, with the ability to communicate and influence change and optimization (change management). Solid knowledge of marketing automation concepts, best practices, and tools; experience or knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic or similar tools is a plus. Experience acting as a bridge between marketing, operations, and technology teams, with the ability to translate concepts between business and technical profiles. English: high B2+ / C1 level.
