Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Ibiza. The Construction Project Manager will oversee residential construction and refurbishment projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule targets are met.



Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams and trades, organizing daily site activities, and managing relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers. The role involves preparing and tracking project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, as well as identifying and resolving issues that may impact timelines or costs. The Construction Project Manager will also support the "project guidance" process, helping to translate client requirements into executable plans and ensuring that the final outcome reflects the agreed design and standards.
