Therefore, we are looking to reinforce our Deal & Strategy team with the incorporation of an Associate with experience of at least 3 years, developing the following functions: Performing benchmarks and market analysis in the telecommunications field. Participation in commercial and technical due diligence. Development of strategic plans and business plans. Perform carve-outs with focus on fixed and mobile operators. Manage end-to-end M&A; operations: evaluation, analysis, execution and support during integration. Elaboration of financial models for project valuation.
