Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to launch joint campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in partnership management, ideally within e-commerce, technology, or B2 B industries. Proven success in launching and scaling strategic alliances that drive measurable business growth. Exceptional negotiator and communicator — skilled at building trust with stakeholders at all levels. Fluent in Italian and English — Spanish is highly desirable; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus. Agile, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
