We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Billing Specialist to support our financial operations, invoicing processes, and accounting coordination. The idóneo candidate enjoys working with financial data, ensuring billing accuracy, monitoring transactions, and contributing to efficient financial processes across the organization. You will work closely with internal teams and external accounting partners to maintain accurate financial records, support month-end activities, and help optimize our billing and finance workflows. What you'll do Review, validate, and process supplier and customer invoices accurately and on time. Monitor billing activities and ensure the correct recording of financial transactions. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Assist with invoice reconciliation and investigate discrepancies when needed.
Coordinate with external accounting partners regarding financial documentation and accounting records. Maintain accurate financial data and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting purposes. Prepare and update financial reports, billing summaries, and operational finance metrics. Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and financial control. Support month-end closing activities and other finance-related operations. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial policies. Who you are +3 years of experience in finance operations, billing, accounting support, accounts payable/receivable, or similar financial roles. Strong understanding of invoicing processes and financial documentation. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling large volumes of financial data.
