This is a hybrid role that combines creative strategy, ad performance analysis, and hands-on Meta Ads Manager execution. You will be responsible for researching ad angles, writing hooks and concepts, briefing creatives, uploading ads into Meta Ads Manager, tracking performance in Triple Whale, and helping us continuously improve our creative testing system. This is not just a graphic design role. It is also not just a media buying role. Responsibilities Creative Strategy Develop new ad angles, hooks, concepts, and messaging for KENSUI products. Research competitors, Meta Ad Library examples, fitness trends, customer pain points, and winning ad formats.



Identify what makes each product compelling and turn those insights into strong ad concepts. Create briefs for designers, video editors, UGC creators, and internal team members. Build creative concepts around product demonstrations, problem/solution angles, comparisons, testimonials, use cases, objections, and direct-response offers. Help define different messaging angles for different products, audiences, and funnel stages. Meta Ads Manager Execution Upload and launch ads inside Meta Ads Manager. Set up campaigns, ad sets, and ads according to the approved testing plan. Organize creative tests with clear naming conventions, UTMs, ad copy, thumbnails, landing pages, and calls to action. Make sure ads are uploaded with the correct assets, links, tracking parameters, and product pages.
