Responsibilities We are looking for a Customer Service / Order Management Specialist (fluent in French and English) to join our international team in Barcelona. In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer operations, including order management, sales support, and customer service within a fast-paced B2 B environment.



You will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders across sales, logistics, and service teams. Contract Type: Internal Temporary Worker (ITW) assignment. What will you be doing? Manage end-to-end order management (order-to-cash process), ensuring accurate and timely processing. Create quotes, process customer orders, and support sales teams (inside sales support). Coordinate with logistics, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Handle repair and calibration requests, returns (RMA), and product changes. Act as main customer contact for inquiries related to orders, invoicing, and contracts. Monitor order lifecycle: from quotation to delivery and payment. Continuously identify process improvements in customer operations workflows.
