The role The Shopping Centre Director is responsible for the overall management and performance of the asset, overseeing commercial, operational, technical, and marketing functions.



The role acts as the senior on-site representative, ensuring the centre delivers against financial, operational, and tenant satisfaction targets while leading a multidisciplinary on-site team (Technical Director, Marketing Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, and support staff). Key Responsabilities: Lead the overall strategic and operational management of the shopping centre, ensuring alignment with company objectives and ownership expectations. Manage and develop the on-site team, including the Technical Director, Marketing Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, and other property management staff. Own the centre's P& L, including budget preparation, revenue optimisation, cost control, and financial reporting to senior management and ownership.
