About the role We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the commercial and revenue strategy for our premium Flex Living platform. Your mission will be to maximize occupancy, optimize dynamic pricing, and drive scalable growth, ensuring high-level profitability while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability. What you'll do 1. Commercial Strategy & Revenue • General roadmap: Define and execute the B2 B and B2 C sales strategy, fully aligned with financial goals (Rev PAR, ADR, occupancy, GOP). • Pricing intelligence: Design dynamic pricing policies and optimize the distribution mix (Direct Sales, Corporate, OTAs, and Strategic Partners). • Distribution mix: Optimize the channel mix between direct sales, corporate, OTAs,



and strategic partners. Push direct booking share and minimize distribution costs. • Efficiency metrics: Own LTV, CAC, payback, and contribution margin per channel and per city. • Destination forecasting: Analyze demand, seasonality, and competition to design annual commercial plans and precise forecasts for each city. 2. B2 B Development & Strategic Accounts • Portfolio expansion: Lead the acquisition of major corporate agreements and strategic institutional partnerships. • VIP relationship management: Act as the senior point of contact for top-tier clients (Embassies, Multinationals, Production Companies, Luxury Relocation Agencies). • Key Account Management: Design and oversee the KAM model to maximize long-term loyalty and account value. 3.
