Born To Color is looking for a creative, responsible and energetic team member to support our immersive paint & splash experiences. If you love art, paint, colors, creativity and working with people, this might be for you.

Your Role

- Preparing and organizing the paint room before sessions
- Setting up canvases, paints, protective suits and materials
- Welcoming participants and explaining the experience
- Supporting and guiding guests during the session
- Maintaining order and paint station organization
- Post-event cleaning and material control
- Helping maintain a positive, creative atmosphere

- We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Loves art, painting and creative environments
- Is organized and detail-oriented
- Is proactive and takes initiative
- Is comfortable speaking Spanish / English (Catalan is a plus)
- Enjoys working with people and events
- Is available part-time and on weekends

Estamos buscando – Asistente de Estudio y Eventos (Media jornada / por horas)

Ubicación: Barcelona En Born To Color buscamos una persona creativa, responsable y con energía para apoyar nuestras experiencias inmersivas de pintura.

Si te gusta el arte, la pintura, el color y trabajar con personas , queremos conocerte.

Funciones

- Preparar y organizar la sala antes de cada sesión
- Montar lienzos, pinturas, monos protectores y materiales
- Recibir a los participantes y explicar la experiencia
- Apoyar y guiar durante la actividad
- Mantener el orden del espacio y las estaciones de pintura
- Limpieza y organización después del evento
- Supervisión del material y reposición

Perfil:
- Amor por el arte y la creatividad
- Persona organizada y responsable
- Actitud proactiva
- Inglés nivel conversación (Catalán es un plus)
- Disponibilidad fines de semana y horarios flexibles
- Experiencia en eventos es valorable
