What You'll Do As a Video Manager in the Integral Design Studios team, you will be a strategic problem solver and leader who understands people, design, business,



and technology and can combine it all to propose solutions to projects' needs. You are a creative inspiring leader with an excellent video background who will lead, guide, mentor, and motivate Video Specialist team in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. In doing so, you will build deep client relationships, making senior clients feel both comfortable and engaged throughout the entire process. You will work with a team of creative specialists from multiple dimensions, establishing the frameworks and vision that will guide the outcome for new experiences. You will be a video thought partner to the BCG Consulting Team, using a video strategy approach and offering solutions to meet the client's objectives. You will engage with our consultant teams, leading and overseeing video projects end to end by implementing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction, translating business language and processes
