Now is your opportunity The Role As our new Product Manager for the Professional Range, you will be the technical and strategic heart of our specialized projects. Your mission is to provide high-level expertise to both clients and internal teams, ensure the commercial and financial profitability of your product lines, and bridge the gap between integral innovation, engineering precision, and commercial excellence. This is not a pure sales role, nor a background engineering position. We are looking for a strategic, analytical profile capable of high-level coordination, market analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration.



Main Responsibilities Liaison with Headquarters in Germany: Act as the main local contact and strategic link with the Product Management team in Germany, translating global strategies into local market success. Public Tenders Support: Provide key technical and strategic support in public and municipal tender processes, ensuring proposals strictly comply with administrative and technical specifications. Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify industry trends, threats, and growth opportunities. Product Technical Support: Act as the national subject matter expert, providing advanced technical advice and support on product applications to the Sales team, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and high-level clients. Pricing, Offers & Margin Control: Lead the development of comprehensive commercial offers and pricing structures (tarifas).
