Role Overview The Community Programs Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering all community programs, with a key focus on leading and managing the Sunday School . This role ensures all activities are high-quality, engaging, and aligned with Jewish values. Scope of responsibilities: Sunday School Leadership & Management Lead and manage the end-to-end Sunday School program, overseeing curriculum structure, scheduling, and delivery. Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing guidance and support to Sunday School teachers and educators. Ensure a positive, welcoming, and highly engaging educational experience for both children and their families. Community Program Development Plan, design, and deliver a diverse range of community programs tailored for different age groups. Ensure all programming seamlessly integrates Jewish values and fosters vibrant community life.



Continually evaluate program quality, track participation, and implement strategic improvements. Team Coordination & Support Coordinate daily activities and support program facilitators and educators to ensure operational alignment. Establish clear communication, set performance expectations, and provide staff with ongoing mentorship. Parent & Community Engagement Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families within the community. Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related inquiries and communications. Actively encourage community involvement, volunteerism, and overall participation in centre events.
