About the position As a Workplace Manager (9 months FTC), you will be part of a small cross-functional People and Office Operations team where you will cover for a key employee on maternity leave - all while being part of a high growth Saa S scale-up, on a mission to redefine the future of mass transit.

This role will be office-based, with 5 days per week in a San Sebastian office, for a duration of 9 months. Responsibilities: You will be the first point of contact for all employees and will collaborate with the people team to support onboarding (preparing a security card, health & safety, adding to the relevant Slack channels, etc.) Reception duties –you will be responsible for managing the reception area and ensure that all guests are properly received, identified, and directed to the appropriate contacts in the office. You will manage internal and external partners (property management, suppliers, service providers, tradesmen, etc.) You will be in charge of our communal spaces and order management (snacks, drinks, office supplies, Optibus swag).
