We combine 8 Raise, our investor discovery platform, and 8 MKT, our AI marketing engine, into one system. We run content and outreach for our own brands, 8fundraising and 8 MKT, and for a growing roster of client accounts. About the role We're hiring a part-time Content Creator & Manager, fully remote, with base pay plus performance bonuses. You'll create and manage content across our brands and our clients, taking each piece from brief to published while keeping every brand and account sharp and on voice. You own the content engine end to end: the calendar, the drafts, the publishing, and the reporting. What you'll do Write, design and prepare client content across Linked In, Substack, Instagram, X and email, on brief and in each client's voice → posts, Substack articles and notes, lead magnets, educational pieces and outreach copy Handle Linked In and Substack profile optimization,



lead management and investor outreach Own the content workflow end to end → plan and maintain the content calendar, schedule and publish approved pieces, and track drafts through review and approval Keep the content library and CRM organised, and report on output and performance Coordinate with the founders and the wider team to keep delivery on schedule and on brand, and flag risks or blockers early Keep each brand and each client account separate → never mix content, links or positioning between 8fundraising and 8 MKT or between clients Create, script and edit video content What we're looking for Fluent English, spoken and written → full professional proficiency (additional languages a plus) Strong writing and content design → you write on brief and match a client's voice across formats Experience with Claude, Canva, Figma and a video editing app like Cap Cut or Premiere Experience creating content for Lin
