We're hiring Supply Chain & Contract Operations Specialist. We're looking for a Supply Chain & Contract Operations Specialist with strong experience in contract operations, supply chain processes, and financial/contractual coordination. What you'll bring: Completed university degree. Strong English communication skills (B2+). 6–10 years of experience in contract operations, supply chain, or commercial contract management. Bonus points for experience in cost estimation, indexation, financial audits, risk assessment, or international environments. What you'll do: Draft contractual and financial documentation. Prepare and track meetings, including minutes and archiving.



Collect financial data for forecasts and cost assessments. Manage documentation for audits and compliance. Process invoices and support commercial/contractual follow‐up. Prepare Task Orders, support Task Offer assessments, and verify compliance. Manage data quality in internal tools. Support subcontractor acceptance and procurement‐related tasks. Clean and process documents, extract indicators, and consolidate datasets.
