Senior Internal Auditor / Data Analyst Location: Madrid, Spain Industry: Global Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time A leading integral manufacturing organization is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Internal Auditor / Data Analyst to join its international audit function based in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business units and regions, leveraging data analytics to strengthen internal controls, identify business risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong audit expertise with advanced data analysis capabilities, playing a key role in delivering risk-based audits and providing actionable insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute internal audit assignments across operational, financial, and compliance areas. Utilize data analytics techniques to identify trends, anomalies, control weaknesses, and business risks. Develop and maintain audit dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.



Analyze large datasets from SAP and other business systems to support audit testing and investigations. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend practical improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing functions. Prepare clear and concise audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management. Monitor the implementation of agreed audit actions and remediation plans. Support the development of continuous auditing and data-driven assurance methodologies. Contribute to special projects, investigations, and process improvement initiatives as required.
