Experteer Overview
In this role you drive integral activation of top retail partners to scale Glovo’s non-food retail footprint. You’ll shape the activation strategy, coach local teams, and lead high-stakes negotiations across multiple countries. You’ll build scalable enablement assets and playbooks while partnering with product and ops to accelerate partner value. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own and achieve a global activation quota for new retail partners and manage the activation pipeline
• Join in-market negotiations for strategic partners and advise local sales teams
• Create and iterate commercial assets including pitch decks, templates, guidelines, and Qu0026A docs
• Design standardized activation playbooks and SOPs for diverse regions
• Lead global training programs to drive adoption of tools and strategies
• Collaborate with Local Retail Managers and Product/Ops to remove friction and accelerate value

Responsabilidades




• 3 to 5+ years in large-accounts management, commercial sales, or account management in tech/SaaS, e-commerce, or retail
• Experience conducting commercial negotiations and driving deals through the sales pipeline
• Strong cross-functional leadership and advisory capabilities without direct reporting lines
• Proven ability to create sales tools, playbooks, negotiation frameworks, and training materials
• Data-driven with KPI tracking and ability to adjust strategy based on analytics
• Experience across international markets or global HQ structures
• Knowledge of multi-category e-commerce, quick-commerce, or marketplace dynamics
• Professional proficiency in English and another core market language (Spanish, French, Italian)
