Experteer Overview
In this role you partner with Finance and Integral Business Services to deliver end-to-end analytics and reporting. You will design and maintain dashboards, semantic models, and self-service data assets that enable financial planning, close, and shared-services decision-making. You translate business needs into analytics use cases and leverage AI-assisted analytics to accelerate delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted data advisor at executive and operational levels. • Own analytics solutions for Finance and GBS, including dashboards, reports, semantic layers, and self-service datasets
• Translate Finance/GBS requirements into use cases and deliver value-driven analytics
• Build and maintain data pipelines and curated datasets supporting traditional reporting and AI consumption
• Establish AI-ready data standards and ensure data quality, governance, and documentation
• Leverage AI tools (generative AI, natural language querying) to accelerate development and insights
• Manage analytics backlog and define metrics focused on customer value




• Provide thought leadership on data trends and educate stakeholders on data platforms
• Interface with Enterprise BI to align standards and enable new capabilities

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
• 4+ years in BI, reporting, and data design with a leading BI tool suite, preferably in Finance/GBS
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• SQL, database logic, and ETL/data integration technologies
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Snowflake, and Azure Data Lake
• Power BI experience with SAP data (actuals, budget, glidepaths)
• Understanding of Finance/shared-services processes and metrics (F/R, close, P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Ability to be both data strategist and hands-on implementer
• Experience in advanced analytics (predictive/prescriptive) is a plus
• CPG industry experience is a plus
• Travel availability: 25%
