Experteer Overview
In this role you will contribute to web applications and backend systems for a healthcare-focused platform, helping modernize legacy systems and automate workflows. You will work in a remote, collaborative team and own projects from start to finish, with guidance on the bigger picture. Expect to tackle complex, loosely-scoped problems and review code for quality, including AI-assisted output. You will mentor peers and influence technical decisions to deliver meaningful healthcare solutions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain web applications and backend services using the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET Framework 4.6.2/4.8, .NET Core 6-10, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server)
• Work on both new systems and legacy modernization
• Read, understand, and extend existing codebases you didn’t write
• Take ownership of defined projects and deliver with quality
• Write clean, testable code with appropriate documentation
• Critically review code (including AI-assisted output) for complexity and maintainability




• Participate in code reviews and provide/receive constructive feedback
• Mentor and help level up other engineers on the team
• Debug issues across the stack and collaborate on technical decisions
• Communicate clearly with engineers, product, and stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft stack (ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core)
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Proficiency with relational databases and writing SQL
• Familiarity with automated testing practices
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to audit and reason about your own code for complexity and maintainability
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
