WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in large-scale or multi-team agile environments .
- Background in IoT, connectivity, or connected devices ecosystems.
- Experience with Release Train Engineering (SAFe RTE) or Programme Increment (PI) planning
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums ceremonies and cross-team coordination.
- Solid understanding of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, impediments, and delivery risks.
- Experience working in complex programmes with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive alignment without formal authority.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and organisational complexity.

Nice to have (not mandatory):

- Exposure to mobile applications and backend platform delivery.
- Experience managing distributed teams and external vendors.




- Familiarity with large-scale system transformations or migrations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will serve as the central coordination layer across multiple agile teams delivering a complex digital and IoT ecosystem. Your focus will be on alignment, flow and removing systemic obstacles so that teams can deliver effectively together.

- Facilitate regular Scrum of Scrums sessions, ensuring cross-team communication, transparency and shared accountability.
- Identify, track and resolve cross-team dependencies, blockers and delivery impediments.
- Ensure all teams are aligned on a shared product vision, priorities and delivery cadence.
- Support synchronisation of planning and execution across parallel workstreams and system boundaries (connected devices, mobile apps, backend platforms).
- Promote and continuously improve agile practices across teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure transparency on progress, risks and bottlenecks for all stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between teams, Product, Architecture and Business stakeholders — translating strategic goals into ground-level execution.
- Support decision-making by maintaining a holistic view across teams and proactively following up on alignment gaps.
- Coach Scrum Masters and team members on agile best practices in a scaled context.
- Contribute to the evolution of the agile operating model within the programme.
