In this role, you will drive advanced structural analysis and digital transformation for rotorcraft structures. You’ll bridge structural mechanics and data science to develop next‑gen methodologies for composites and metals, and lead FEA/FEM simulations with Python automation. You’ll work closely with design, testing, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure certification readiness and structural integrity. The role offers impact across Ru0026amp;T activities and real-world validation, within a fast-paced aerospace environment. Join a team shaping safe, high‑performance aircraft solutions.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Perform complex linear, non-linear, and dynamic FEA simulations using Altair HyperWorks (HyperMesh, HyperCrash, HyperGraph)
• Lead high-velocity dynamics and impact analyses (ballistic impact, bird strike, transient events) with RADIOSS
• Conduct vibrations analyses (modal, harmonic, random) to verify dynamic integrity using OptiStruct/RADIOSS
• Design and execute model correlation workflows to align FE results with physical tests for certification
• Analyze crack growth and damage tolerance in composites and metallic structures, including thermoplastic joints
• Develop and maintain automated Python workflows and calculation tools
• Collaborate with design, testing, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure structural compliance and certification readiness
• Identify and implement local process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Responsabilidades
• Master’s degree in relevant engineering field
• 5-8 years of proven experience in advanced structural simulation (FEM) with Altair HyperWorks
• Strong Python development experience
• Desirable: experience with test data processing and AI/ML integration
• Advanced English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of non-linear structural behavior, dynamics, and damage tolerance
