Experteer Overview
In this role, you own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of Eaton's White Space portfolio for the EMEA region. You will translate market opportunities into defined product requirements and partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations to drive profitable growth in the Data Center segment. You’ll shape solutions across IT racks, PDUs, rack architectures, containment, PODs and related software, contributing to Eaton’s Grid-to-Chip approach for AI-ready data centers. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with global collaboration and a clear path to market leadership.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development
• Experience within the Data Center industry
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies
• Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar) is highly desirable
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization
• Fluent English
