In this role you will lead financial analyses for high-complexity projects focused on Mu0026amp;A, supporting capital deployment across organic growth and portfolio optimization. You will partner with Corporate Development and report to the Director, shaping framework and infrastructure for disciplined capital allocation. You will perform due diligence, collaborate with external advisors, and translate insights for senior leadership. This is a chance to influence strategic investments in life science tools while working in a fast-growing, general company.

• Support business case development with leadership and stakeholders to secure executive alignment
• Perform Mu0026A due diligence in collaboration with Corporate Development and external advisors
• Conduct portfolio analysis to inform prioritization, trade-offs, and long-term planning





Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or valuation/transaction services
• Strong understanding of valuation, investment returns, EPS accretion/dilution
• Experience on Mu0026A deal teams or in a similar capacity
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate insights to leadership
• Strategic mindset for identifying and evaluating growth opportunities
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude
• Broad exposure to life science tools and/or software industries (a plus)
