redk is looking for a Zendesk Business Analyst to join our professional services team.

The idóneo candidate is a team player who provides strategic business analysis services for and on behalf of redk. The focus of this positions is to work closely with stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of customers’ business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.

You have excellent written and spoken English and Spanish. Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; Identify,



create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure solutions provided meet the long-term business strategies.
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. (Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience working in process implementation over Information Systems, in particular in CRM: Customer Service.
Experience with technologies as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Kustomer.
A good level of English would be a must.
Spanish as first language.
