Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the commercialisation and growth strategy for Antech’s Reference Lab services across Europe and APAC. You’ll shape differentiated market approaches, collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Lab Operations, and optimize a diagnostic portfolio to expand utilisation and win new customers. This position blends market insight, pricing, and value proposition development to meet revenue targets while improving the customer onboarding experience. You’ll join a cross-functional team within a mission-driven veterinary diagnostics leader.

• Conduct market research using internal data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Analyse testing behaviours, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover market gaps
• Partner with Sales, Medical, and Lab Operations to translate insights into commercial strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimise, and manage a competitive diagnostic test portfolio across markets
• Conduct pricing analysis and provide recommendations balancing competitiveness, value, and profitability
• Develop compelling value propositions for Reference Lab services and ensure consistent messaging
• Develop and execute commercialisation plans aligned with revenue targets and strategic priorities
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to support customer acquisition, reactivation of lapsed accounts, and increased service utilisation
• Lead improvement of the customer onboarding experience and manage the NPS framework for measurable improvements
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
• 5-7+ years of strategic marketing or product management experience in Lab Services, diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare, or similar
• Proven success developing and executing commercialisation strategies
• Experience working cross-functionally in complex or matrix environments
• Experience within veterinary or human diagnostics strongly preferred
• International experience would be a plus
• Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial
