Nextpower is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive industrialization, ramp, and continuous improvement of Power Electronics. You will manage the full product flow from NPI to stable mass production, focusing on inverter, transformer, switchgear, and system assembly processes.
The role interfaces with internal engineering and contract manufacturers to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and scalability while leading cost reductions and manufacturing improvements across CM facilities.
