Joko is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to design and run end-to-end lifecycle programs across in-app, push, and email. You will partner with Product, Data, and Brand to drive activation, retention, and high-LTV users, while leveraging AI to automate and sharpen personalization.
You will own cross-channel journeys, run continuous experiments, and build scalable CRM programs that expand our integral presence and improve user engagement across markets.
