Experteer Overview
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will lead end-to-end ServiceNow design and delivery across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules, acting as the technical authority for enterprise-scale solutions. You’ll translate business needs into scalable, secure designs and mentor cross-functional teams. You will guide governance, roadmaps, and adoption of new features to maximize the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role offers the chance to shape platform strategy within a diverse, innovation-driven organization that values impact and collaboration.

• Lead end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, or other modules
• Translate business needs into robust, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow designs
• Develop high-level and detailed architecture documentation (data models, integrations, workflows)
• Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and governance models
• Drive platform roadmap aligned with business strategy and ServiceNow releases
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and advise on adoption strategy
• Serve as technical lead on major ServiceNow projects and enhancements




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical guidance to developers, analysts, and administrators
• Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, MID servers)
• Leverage Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and automation frameworks to streamline operations
• Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders; present options and architectural recommendations

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role
• Strong expertise in core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD)
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security model, data hierarchy, and integration frameworks
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
