We are looking for a Distribution, Revenue & Business Performance Manager to join our Revenue Management & Business Analytics team in Madrid,
someone who will own pricing, yield and distribution across the SHA portfolio and act as the guardian of our direct revenue engine. This is a role for a professional who combines deep revenue‑management and distribution expertise with strong analytical skills and a rigorous, data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
Beyond technical mastery, we are looking for someone who can build and optimise our presence across direct and luxury trade channels, who partners effectively with Digital, CRM and Sales, and who continuously raises the bar on RevPAR, channel profitability and commercial performance across all SHA destinations.
