As the Assistant Director, your role is key to building a positive, warm, fun, and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded across everything we do You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team in line with best practice.

Day to day, you can:

- Work alongside our National Learning, Research and Development Partners to provide the support and guidance to your teams across all things Pedagogy, including areas like Inclusion Support, Wellbeing and Sustainability
