About Braun Management

Braun Management addresses the structural friction and organizational problems that executive teams cannot fix from within. We provide clear, evidence-backed paths forward for companies facing complex governance challenges or stalled market entries in German speaking Europe.

The role

As a Workflow Automation Assistant, you will support our consulting teams by building and maintaining the internal systems that handle our data analysis and reporting. We are currently supporting a major Spanish financial group that is expanding, which requires us to move information between different regulatory and operational systems with high precision. This is a fully remote entry-level position focused on ensuring our digital processes are as reliable as our consulting advice.

You will work to remove the manual bottlenecks that can slow down high-level decision-making.

What you will do

- Map out existing manual tasks to identify where automation can reduce operational friction and improve accuracy.
- Build reliable workflows to move data between internal project management tools and client databases.
- Monitor automated systems daily to catch errors before they impact client deadlines or data integrity.
- Update internal documentation so that every automated process is clearly understood by the wider team.
- Clean and organize datasets coming from the Spanish financial group to ensure all analysis is based on accurate facts.
- Collaborate with consultants to understand their specific reporting needs and create templates to support them.

- Test new automation tools to see if they meet our strict requirements for data privacy and security.
- Maintain a log of system performance and suggest small, incremental improvements to our digital architecture.

What we are looking for

- A strong interest in how complex business systems operate and how data moves within large organizations.
- The ability to write clear, structured descriptions of technical processes for non-technical colleagues.
- High attention to detail, specifically when checking for errors in data entry or logic flows.
- Basic familiarity with common automation tools or a willingness to learn how to use them through guided study and practice.
- A disciplined approach to remote work, with the ability to manage your own schedule and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- Curiosity about organizational structures, particularly in the context of large-scale financial institutions and two-tier boards.
- Completion of or current enrollment in a degree program related to business information systems, computer science, or a similar field.

How we work Braun Management is a fully remote organization. We believe that physical location should not be a barrier to finding the best analytical minds. Because we work across borders,

we rely heavily on written communication and clear documentation rather than constant meetings. This allows for deep focus and ensures that every decision we make is backed by a visible record. You will have the independence to complete your work while remaining connected to the team through our central digital workspace.

What we offer

We provide a permanent, full-time position with a salary that is competitive for the entry-level market and reflects the importance of this role to our operations. You will receive the necessary equipment to set up a professional remote workstation at your home. Our team structure offers direct exposure to the high-level consulting work we do for major European corporations, providing a practical education in business structures.

We value professional growth and offer access to learning resources that help you expand your technical skills. You will be part of a culture that prioritizes evidence and honest feedback over corporate theater.

This role is vital for maintaining the speed and accuracy our clients expect during complex transitions. By automating the unglamorous but necessary data tasks, you enable our consultants to focus on the difficult conversations that lead to meaningful change. Your work directly supports the expansion of our Spanish financial group client, ensuring their operational foundation is solid as they grow.

You will help build the systems that clarify decision rights and ensure accountability across the entire engagement.
