Mission

The Modular Data Center (MDC) Line of Business has delivered tremendous growth in recent years. MDC integrates Schneider Electric technologies into modular, factory‑tested enclosures and delivers complete turnkey solutions to destination countries.





The SME Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary engineering SME team supporting the development, tendering, and execution of Modular Data Center (MDC) solutions across Europe.

The role ensures technical excellence, regulatory compliance, cost effectiveness, and delivery accuracy throughout the full project lifecycle, from early design and bid support through execution, while strengthening the competitiveness and scalability of MDC offer.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-18 SMEs across:

Electrical
Mechanical (HVAC)
Fire Detection & Suppression
Structural
Compliance & Regulatory Engineering

Set clear objectives, workload planning, and performance reviews for the SME team.
Foster strong cross-discipline collaboration and a culture of technical rigor and accountability.
Ensure technical consistency and standardization acr
